Although we picked the house for its wood burner, there were no logs available initially. However, we were able to get a bag of logs delivered by a kind local, Robbie.

Our Xmas weekend at this lodge was truly magical. the lodge itself was absolutely stunning. The interior was beautifully decorated with charming touches that made it feel cozy and festive. the location was perfect. Nestled amongst picturesque hills and with easy access to a nearby loch, we were able to enjoy breathtaking views throughout our stay. And finally, the log fire was a real highlight. It provided a warm and cozy atmosphere after a day of exploring the surrounding area. We were absolutely thrilled with our experience and would highly recommend this lodge for a Xmas getaway.
